When does orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 3-5 business days, does not include weekends. We strive to ship regular orders as fast as possible.

Fast next day shipping on NEW releases & Restocks that have "NEXT DAY" shipping in the description or caption on social media pages.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only takes 3-5 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address discrepancy and is returned to (FreshPieces) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
